Skin Care In Summer: Do Fit Stay Fit

Overview
In the past topic, we have already described the skin and as well as our body fitness by the food. So it is no need to describe again here for more.
Part 1
Eat Breakfast
There are too many times too many people forget to eat breakfast in the morning before heading outside.
Part 2
Keep Slow Run in Deep Morning
It is always good for the health as well as our summer environment. Due to tired day and not possible to do a long run like at the time of winter. So dears keep slow run in this days. keep patient for the short distance till free of our body. Return before the sun arises.
Part 3
Try a Fitness Festival
Oh how much crazy and outlook to that festival. The mighty have fallen. Or, more specifically, how the summer festival scene has altered, no longer just the provision of hippy students drenched in mud and music for days on end but also those invested in well being.
- Like to say that there are a club or park where we can arrange the festival by inviting some competitors who are eligible for the festival and they will take some responsibilities.
- Otherwise we can visit a fitness festival nearest to us in our local.
- And also keep a fitness meet for the better body environment.
Part 4
Wild Outdoor Swimming

Granted, there are some weird and wonderful people who love swimming in wild waters during the winter but for most of us the likes of river swimming remains a summer-only activity. But there are also the indoor poll to stay up in swim always. Use some swimming equipment for your swim.
Part 5
Overcome Obstacles
The obstacle racing has become steadily more popular during the last decade and for the more adventurous among us anyway, it’s easy to see.
- Training for outdoor events such as Tough Mudder, Spartan Races, or the beginner-friendly Gauntlet Games will help build mettle as much as muscle; character as much as cardiovascular endurance.
- The training is fun too and requires regular all-body workouts.
- Practice plyometric moves to enable you to leap onto walls like a cat and build upper body strength so you can swing over bars like a monkey.
- The obstacle racing isn’t for the faint hearted, but the sense of achievement once you’ve done one really is a game changer.
Part 6
Multi-Discipline Sports And Events
Triathlon, Duathlon, Quadrathlon and Aquathlon – each of these multi discipline events take place during spring and summer months and usually involve some combination of swimming, cycling, running and kayaking. Imagine cycling for 10 kilometer and then using those jelly legs to run 5 kilometer! It is tough, certainly, but switching sports in this way helps keeps the risk of overuse injuries lower than with, say, marathon running, not to mention making things a whole lot more interesting.
Part 7
Playing of Tennis And Badminton
It is the indoor game which will help us to stay fit in the summer. As a result our skin stay with glow and realistic. It is better to attend to take part in the evening time. And also you can take it after study time 9:00 pm.
Part 8
Taking Sufficient Water
In the summer the water is your best bet for a summer beverage.
- For every hour that you are in the sun, you should drink at least 1-2 glasses, or at least 1-2 bottles.
- This prevents dehydration and will replenish your energy levels while you take in the rays.
Part 9
Travel With Light

Although you want to make sure that you have everything you need when catching a flight to your vacation destination, it’s important that you pack light – especially if you are a frequent traveler.
Most people don’t think of luggage leading to injury, but actually, it’s quite common.
Ideally, you want to save money by not checking your bags, but it may be a good idea to reconsider, especially if you are traveling alone.
Part 10
Avoid Over-Intoxication
It’s understandable that during summer you want to have a good time, but it’s important that you cool it on the alcoholic beverages if you are going to be outside for more than a few hours.
When you drink alcohol in the sun, it dehydrates you further, causing you to perspire and urinate more. Alcohol fails to replenish your water stores, so it’s important that you drink water between alcoholic beverages.
Part 11
Use Soft Lotion Cream

It is better to use cream which is suitable for you. Due to dryness of the air, your skin may be dry. It can overlap your dryness by lotion.
